Please be aware that the city will be busy. Where possible please arrive early; we can store your luggage until check-in time or until your room is ready.

Valet parking

• Please book in advance if you have not done so already.
• ENTRY from 7.00pm 31 December 2025 to 1.00am 01 January 2026:
  • will operate via Federal Street entrance ASSISTED temporary entry.
  • Hotel guests must show their booking confirmation on entry to Federal Street to be granted access.
  • Traffic management and hotel staff will be at the entrance of the street to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.

Self-parking

• Via Nelson St entrance only.
• The SkyCity carpark will close at 5pm to casual parkers.
• Hotel guests must show their booking confirmation on entry to be granted access to the car park. (Usual car parking rates and subject to availability.)

Road closures

• Federal Street will close to public between 7pm 31 December 2025 and 1am 01 January 2026.
• Road closures around the CBD will be in place from 10pm to 1am. (Please check out website from the 5th of December for up-to-date information).

Please be aware that from midnight on 1 January 2026, exiting the SkyCity car park (both self-park and valet) may take longer than usual due to heavy traffic in the surrounding area. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
